Where to Give

“Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth,  where moth and rust consume and where thieves break in and steal; but store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consumes and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”  Matthew 6:19–21

New Goshenhoppen has a number of funds for directing your planned gift to:

General Fund provides for the day to day operation of the church supporting worship, Christian education, maintenance of buildings & grounds, and support for on-going Mission & Outreach.

Goschenhoppen Meadows Fund provides funding for special "above and beyond" Mission, Ministry, & Maintenance projects beyond what is yearly budgeted.  These Second Mile projects are submitted on a yearly basis, reviewed by appropriate committees and approved by the Consistory.

Building Accessibility Fund provides resources to further expand our household of faith to all.

Music Memorial Fund supports the upkeep and expansion of music ministry at the church.

Hillegass Fund provides yearly scholarships to church members seeking higher education through post-secondary degrees (1, 2, 3, and 4 year degrees in non-graduate studies).

Cemetery Fund provides for the care and maintenance of our church's cemeteries.  Additional expansion projects are funded as needed.

Building Improvements & Maintenance Fund are used to upgrade church facilities, beautify church grounds, and maintain existing buildings.

Park Fund provides funds for the upkeep of our beautiful church park where we hold summer services, host park events like the Strawberry Festival and Park Supper, and most recently hold summer camping programs.
